Charles County Volunteers Participate in Grain Bin Rescue Training

Today, the Bel Alton Volunteer Fire Department (Company 10) hosted a Grain Bin Rescue drill, with volunteer firefighters from the La Plata Volunteer Fire Department (Company 1) joining them. These dedicated volunteers took time out of their Sunday to train together, practice rescue techniques, and improve their skills in handling grain bin emergencies. Training like this is another example of the dedication and commitment of Charles County’s volunteer fire and rescue personnel, who give their time to better serve and protect our communities.
Thank you to Company 10 for hosting and to all the volunteers who participated!
